The Walking Dead S06E12 "Not Tomorrow Yet"

Synopsis

"Rick and the group realize the only way to maintain the peace of Alexandria is to fight a new enemy. This time, though, our group might be outmatched."

What I thought?

A disturbing episode for me. With the gang voting (not sure it was really negotiable anyway) to attack Negan's group, we have them arrive at what most be a former satellite centre, trick themselves in and begin silently murdering people in their sleep. Thankfully even Glen had a conscience on this one, and although the group they were attacking are absolutely horrendous individuals themselves by the looks of it, attacking people in this way sends a shiver down my spine. It's also a sure fired way to really rile up Negan, because as things kicked off and the alarm got raised, guns firing everywhere, our gang thought they'd beaten Negan and co, but alas all us viewers knew it was not going to be that easy. Why they even thought about doing this based on so little information about Negan is beyond me. It's common sense to scout and gather intelligence, but they just go in with a plan of keeping quiet as much as possible. Sure enough, they find themselves invisibly cornered at the end by a pleasant sounding lady on the loud speakers who claims to have captured Maggie and Carol. It was a dumb ass plan in the first place by a whole flock of individuals who have begun to believe in Rick far too much me thinks.

Very few actual zombies this week, and fleeting action at the Negan camp, with most it talking and creeping about. If it wasn't so sickening their actions, and stupidity incarnated, this might have been slightly more enjoyable to watch.

Rating  6/10 (DECENT)

What Carol is cooking is nuts! Nut cookies in fact.

Killing zombies is such a drag.

The new "Whack the mole" game was coming along nicely.

Is there life on Mars? Not much left on Earth.

Fan. Sh*t. Hit. Alarm.

Surrounded by a mystery foe.
